Grounded Week

Eine Arbeitswoche kann manchmal so streng sein, dass wir am Freitag nur noch das ganze Wochenende auf der Couch liegen wollen. Dieses Programm mit Carolina Fischer Waibel wird deine Energie ausgleichen, so dass du die ganze Woche über stabil bleiben kannst und bereit bist, das Wochenende zu geniessen. Die Grounded Work  Week besteht aus 5 50-minütigen Hatha-Yogakursen und 5 x 20-minütigen Meditationskursen.

This 10-class, level 2, hatha yoga program with Carolina Fischer Waibel keeps you grounded and balances your energy so you can remain steady through the week and will be ready to enjoy the weekend. Grounded Work Week consists of five 50-minute hatha yoga classes and five 20-minute meditation classes – one of each for every day of your work week.
