Handful Kale (I like dino/black kale)
8 oz Rice milk (or any low sugar non-dairy milk that you enjoy)
6 pineapple squares
1 banana
1 date
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca
1 tbsp. nut butter (I love raw almond butter)
1 C. ice
