Bakasana, Titibasana and Co. may, after years of practice, still be hard cases to crack. As soon as we’re required to lift the feet from the safety of the floor, we’re pulled out of our comfort zone. We’re directly confronted with our own strengths and weaknesses both physically and mentally. It’s hard to cheat in these positions, und for exactly that reason, we’re presented with the opportunity to learn a great deal about ourselves and our practice.
